Digital Stamp Usage Rules

I sell both Commercial Use and Personal Use stamps. The main difference is you CAN sell your handmade projects using commercial stamps, but you CANNOT sell your handmade projects using personal use stamps. Please understand the rules before purchasing and using! Thank you. =)
Commercial Use Stamps:
  • You may use these digital stamps to create handmade products only. Digital use is strictly prohibited. That means you can make things such as jewelry, scrapbooking pages, greeting cards, mixed media pieces, etc... But you may not use the images in any digital way such as for a website banner, digital scrapbooking or digital clip art.
  • You may sell your finished handmade creations! The colored image must be turned into a handmade project of some kind (ie. greeting card). I do not allow just a colored image to be sold.
  • This digital stamp is intended for small business use and light commercial use. No mass productions are allowed.
  • You may not use this to create a rubber stamp, collage sheet, clip art or anything for resale.
  • Purchasing this item does not transfer rights to you. Nikki Burnette retains all copyrights to the image.
  • You may not mass produce, distribute, share or give away the file that you are purchasing. This file is intended to be used by the purchaser only. You may however, print the pages off and share them with friends and family or use them at parties, but the file itself cannot be shared.
  • Due to the nature of this digital file, no refunds will be provided.
Personal Use Stamps:
  • You may print this item as many times as you would like for PERSONAL use only. You may not resell this item or create your own products using this item and then resell them. For example, you cannot print this item onto a card, color it and then sell your colored card. These coloring pages are for your personal hobby use only.
  • Digital use is not allowed. This may only be printed out, colored and used for your handmade crafts or to display as artwork. You may not color or alter this image digitally or use for digital scrapbooking.
