All transactions with the shopping cart are processed securely through Paypal, an extremely secure server. No one on this site handles your credit card transactions, nor will we ever have access to your information. The shopping cart on this site is run by PayPal, which is completely secure. You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal balance, or echeck through PayPal.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is the secure site that handles all of my shopping cart transactions. Anyone can create an account and you can easily send money using a credit card or bank account. For more information, visit PayPal's main website at www.paypal.com.
How long will it take to receive my products?
I ship as quickly as I can! I hate to wait for my goodies, so I don't want to make you wait for yours. I usually ship within one business day of receiving a cleared payment. If for any reason there is going to be a delayed time for your shipment, I will notify you via an email as soon as possible. You will also receive an email once your item has been shipped.
How will my products be packaged?
I package your items with the utmost care. Most paper products like prints, stickers, magnets, bookmarks etc... are placed in plastic of some sort (prints are placed in archival safe card holders or sleeves) to protect from water. They are then sandwiched in between cardboard to protect from bending and placed inside a bubble envelope for extra protection. I have sent out hundreds of packages and have never had any damage reported to me. I want your products to arrive safely and in perfect condition!
How will my items be shipped?
All orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped USPS First Class Mail. This comes with delivery confirmation and tracking number that is available upon request. The usual shipping time for First Class is anywhere from 2 - 5 business days.
International orders are generally shipped USPS First Class International. The estimated time for International packages is anywhere from 7 - 10 days.
Please note that these are estimated times from the postal service. Once I mail the package, I have absolutely no control over how fast your package will get to you.

Do you combine shipping?
Absolutely!! Any items purchased in the same order will be mailed together for no extra cost!! I charge shipping per order, not per item.
What medium do you use on your paintings?
All of my paintings are done in watercolor and ink. I use 140 lb. hot press Arches watercolor paper which is a very thick and durable watercolor paper. I use brown Calli waterproof ink to draw my linework with, and finish the painting with Winsor and Newton watercolor paints. Can you tell me a little bit about the paper and printing process used on your prints?
Definitely! All of my products sold on this site are created and shipped by me. The prints are printed on high quality, thick, durable paper. They are photo-quality printed using an 8-color, state of the art printing process. I take great care when creating my prints to make sure that they are nearly identical to the originals. I have a hard time telling the difference myself!
What do you mean by hand-embellished prints?
Most of the prints for sale on this site are hand-embellished. That means, that you're even getting a little bit closer to the original, because I actually take the print and do hand embellishments on top of it. I use metallic inks and/or iridescent watercolor mediums to emphasize various parts of the print. The end result is beautiful and gives the hand-embellished areas a very soft shimmer.
What sizes do you offer your prints in?
As of now, I offer prints in three sizes: 2.5 x 3.5", 5 x 7", and 8 x 10". Sometimes you may see an image that you want in a different size than what I have up on the site. If that is the case, please contact me with your request and I will gladly make your own custom sized prints if possible.
What is an ACEO?
ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions, and Originals. They measure 2.5 x 3.5" and are miniature pieces of art. The ACEO movement originally started on eBay with well-known artists offering smaller and more affordable pieces of art to the community. ACEOs are the size of a regular trading card, so they look great in a collector's album or hung on the wall in a frame. The ACEO movement continued to grow because of the affordability and the versatility of the paintings and they are now in very high demand and are one of the biggest trends in art collectibles.
Do you do commissions, freelance work or custom paintings?
Yes, most definitely!! I offer custom paintings through this site as well as my eBay and Etsy stores. These custom paintings are a little more like a structured commission. I feel like a lot of people are intimidated when requesting a commission, because they have no idea where to start which is why I created custom paintings. When you purchase a custom painting, I send you a form to fill out with specific questions like clothing, hair type, wing type, etc... so that it can make the process a little less daunting.
But if you know exactly what you want and would rather just do a commission, just send me an email detailing what you want and I will send you a rough estimate.

Can I have something for free? Do you want to do a trade?
I'm so sorry, but I cannot offer my products or art for free, nor am I able to do trades. Creating art and selling products is my livelihood. I wish that I had all the time in the world to make things for free to hand out or to do trades with other very talented artists, but unfortunately I just don't. It is nothing personal at all, so please don't ever take offense when I say no.
Can my company license your artwork?

Do you sell wholesale?

First off, thank you for taking the time to read my usage terms. Many people believe that everything on the internet is fair game, and that it's ok to snag any picture and use it for any purpose. This is not the case. Please understand that I am a self-representing artist and creating and selling art is my livelihood. Using my artwork in an unauthorized way is illegal.
